Shipping Information
Q1: Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping regions in the future.
Q2: How much does shipping cost?
A flat shipping fee of $7.95 applies to all U.S. orders. There are no hidden fees—all costs are shown at checkout.
Q3: How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or after 8 PM EST are processed on the next business day.
Q4: When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery time is 9–12 business days (including processing and shipping). Please note delivery times may vary due to weather or courier delays.
Q5: Which carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Q6: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to check your shipment status.

Q8: What currency are payments processed in?
All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Q9: Are my payments secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted through trusted and secure payment gateways. We do not store any payment details on our servers.
Q10: Will taxes be applied to my order?
Applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Return & Refund Policy
Q12: Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes! We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are also available.
Q13: What condition must the product be in?
All returns must be in new condition.
Q14: How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Q15: How do I return a product and are there any fees?
Returns must be sent by mail. A free return label is included in your package. No restocking fees apply.
Q16: How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned product, refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
